[ 03 — Who's Behind It ]

Built by women who got tired of waiting for it to exist.

I started GYMBRAT because I am a champion of women.

In the middle of family loss, my early 20s, figuring life out, and living alone in a big city, I did what once felt impossible for myself, I lost 100 pounds and changed the core identity of who I am, how I live, how I show up for myself, and how I show up for others. And I believe every other woman deserves to feel that same power.

The gym was never just about a workout. It became a place to reclaim my adoration and commitment to self. The kind of strength and confidence that comes from choosing the hard things, showing up when you least feel like it, and redefining who you are. I know so many of you have felt that same transformation, and that's what we want to share through this community.

The second part of my healing journey was realizing that femininity IS strength. Expressing ourselves through fashion in the gym space, or wherever we are in life, is in our DNA. And being in a male-dominated space does not mean we have to make ourselves smaller.

Women are the definition of strength and expression. We deserve everything, not just the cute clothes, but the community too.

Femininity is strength. We are changing the definition of doing it like a girl.
